What You’ll Do as a Staff Accountant:
- Tax Services
- Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns
- Assist with tax planning, projections, and notice resolution
- Accounting & Assurance
- Prepare financial statements for various entities
- Stay informed of current accounting standards and best practices
- Client Engagement
- Collect and organize client information
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries
- Build strong client relationships and support business performance
- Team Contribution
- Collaborate with partners and team members to support firm initiatives
- Contribute to ongoing technology, process, and efficiency improvements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak tax season
Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually, plus bonus potential.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

What You’ll Do as a Senior Accountant:
- Tax Services
- Lead preparation and review of complex individual, corporate, partnership, and S-Corp tax returns
- Provide tax planning strategies, projections, and resolve notices with tax authorities
- Serve as a tax resource to staff, providing guidance and review support
- Accounting & Assurance
- Prepare and/or review financial statements for various entities with high accuracy
- Maintain awareness of evolving accounting standards and provide recommendations to clients
- Oversee engagements to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance
- Client Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client goals, provide proactive advice, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate client meetings, present financial results, and support strategic decision-making
- Leadership & Team Contribution
- Collaborate with partners and team members to support firm-wide initiatives
- Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to Staff and Associate-level team members
- Contribute to process improvements, technology adoption, and efficiencies within the firm
