Harold F. Detweiler, CPA
Chairman of the Board and co-founder of the firm
Harold loves people, spends much of his time assisting with local funerals, and enjoys the challenges of creating new business opportunities. In the sixty plus years since he founded the firm hundreds of business clients have benefited from his expertise and thousands of families have trusted his advice. Harold has volunteered countless hours in his community including Rotary Club International, International Child Care, Souderton Area Education Foundation, Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce and Souderton Mennonite Church.

H. Bruce Detweiler, CPA
Shareholder and Managing Director
Bruce is passionate about his family… wife, children, grandchildren, parents and sister. He enjoys helping the staff to grow and develop personally as well as professionally. Bruce especially enjoys his role as advocate for his clients. His special expertise, insights and experiences include Business and Tax Consulting and Estate Tax Consulting. His community service includes being an active volunteer in his church, serving as Board member of Delaware Valley MEDA (a chapter of Mennonite Economic Development Associates), Board Member for ACTS Retirement Communities, Board Member for Penn Foundation, Past Board member and President ASSETS Montco, Past President and current board Treasurer for the Souderton-Telford Chapter of Rotary International, and Past Treasurer and board member of the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Robert W. Schoen, CPA

Bob's passions include cooking, working with entrepreneurs to develop their businesses, and analytical challenges or problem solving. He offers special expertise, insights and experiences to clients in the areas of restaurant management, the construction and remodeling industry, small business issues, and structuring effective business transactions. Bob's community service has been generous and varied including Past President of the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce, Past President Indian Valley Kiwanis Club, Community Advisory Board member for Quakertown National Bank, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Harleysville Senior Center. He was honored for his community service by the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce in 2002.

James L. Rittenhouse, CPA, CVA, CFD
Shareholder
Jim especially enjoys teaching individuals how to make their money work for them but his other passion is managing the Rittenhouse Farm (a seventh generation enterprise). He is widely known for his expertise in the valuation of privately held family businesses, experience with the Pennsylvania land preservation process, application of conflict mediation skills, careful attention to details in performing audits of financial statements, and more recently his ability to establish and teach effective fraud deterrence processes. Jim's interests are varied and include physical fitness, land preservation, farming, and family conflict counseling. Like the other shareholders, he is active in many community organizations including serving on the Board of Directors for Souderton Mennonite Homes and Harleysville Savings Bank, past Board Chairman for Indian Creek Foundation, teaching personal budgeting courses, and volunteering with a number of other organizations.

Bruce W. Thomas, CPA

Bruce especially enjoys the aspects of his work that involve maintaining high standards and quality. In fact, he is responsible for quality control of accounting services and CPA Industry Compliance, a perfect fit for his talents. Bruce handles all types of accounting services and tax return preparation, and is adept at training clients who use QuickBooks and Peachtree accounting software programs. He is also known for his expertise in not-for-profit audit and financial statement preparation. Bruce enjoys sports (ask him about the Pittsburgh Steelers), travel, reading, and working around the house. He is a graduate of the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Institute and The Rainmaker Academy®. His community involvement includes serving as Board Chair for Indian Creek Foundation.

F. Marc Derstein, CPA

Marc is passionate about the relationships he has built with his growing client base. When presented with a problem, he enjoys using his refining skills to see the big picture, explore multiple options, and offer brand new solutions or completely restructure existing ideas. Marc is also known for his analytical skills and this serves him well in the work he does preparing financial statements, tax returns, and cost segregation studies. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf, landscaping, and watching all types of sports. Like Bruce Thomas, he is a graduate of the Indian Valley Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Institute and The Rainmaker Academy®. Marc is active with Calvary Church of Souderton and served as past Board Treasurer for Bridge of Hope BuxMont.
